Terms of Service for Trip Bookings with 982

1. Membership Grant

   • 1.1 Once the event is fully paid, you are granted membership in 982 for 365 days from the booking date.

2. No Refunds After Group Placement

   • 2.1 Once you are added to a group, no refunds are available.

   • 2.2 You may receive credit for a future trip instead of a refund.

3. 24-Hour Refund Policy

   • 3.1 Refunds are only available if you are not added to a group.

   • 3.2 Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of booking.

4. Transfer Policy for Cancellations 45 Days Before Event

   • 4.1 If you cancel 45 days or more before the event, the full amount can be transferred to another event.

   • 4.2 Transfer requests must be submitted in accordance with the clubs cancellation policy.

5. No Refunds Within 45 Days of Event

   • 5.1 If you cancel within 45 days of the event, no refund is available.

   • 5.2 This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
